Mind you in my waking hours ,I have been painting the entry walls of my seemingly ancient french bohemian mini chateau,{breath} the color palette is full of blues and aquas, with a dash of black like the grand photo below....no, it is not mine!  I shall promise though, to take photos soon!

If you could have lunch with anybody, alive or deceased...anyone at all, who would it be?
My painting pal asked me this very question today.... lovely!

TREATMENT- LIFELINE: an infusion of HOPE,DREAMS,PROMISES and yes,I detected alot of LOVE!!

What struck me throughout the day yesterday? as well as today- is the feeling of a global connectedness , a feeling like when  the grinch's heart, grew and grew and grew....revealing possibilities long forgotten.
I could not help thinking of a favorite Eleanor Roosevelt quote which I often shared with my teen patients --"The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." and
"It is better to light a candle than curse the darkness"

We have all been witnesses of these truths, what a gift !! made more special by sharing it. have blissful day!

No, Mr. Potter of It's A Wonderful Life, was not Right- that would be Thomas Jefferson who over 200years ago knew the score!

'I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.'

Thomas Jefferson 1802

"je pense que les institutions bancaires sont plus dangereuses pour nos libertés que des armées entières prêtes au combat. Si le peuple américain permet un jour que des banques privées contrôlent leur monnaie, les banques et toutes les institutions qui fleuriront autour des banques priveront les gens de toute possession, d'abord par l'inflation, ensuite par la récession, jusqu'au jour où leurs enfants se réveilleront, sans maison et sans toit, sur la terre que leurs parents ont conquis"

Thomas Jefferson 1802
so throw out all the adoration for those who have for too long been adored and who for too long have merited unwarrented trust- here's to new beginnings, simple and clean and fair!

step into it!

yes, this a glimse into small part of my dream to come to France- vast spaces like the grange featured here- this was where the winemakers stored their large pieces of equipment, animals and wine vaults,vats- it was all dirt floored and well, my dream was to have an enchanting ,large space to entertain and DANCE-
viola!! we had a magical evening when the moon was red, I can not remember the scientific conditions which caused this to be so, but, we just used it as a splendid reason for dancing and eating - a mixture of 50 or so french and english speaking ex-pats, of all ages from infants to seniors!!!
